Minimum Ratings Clause Samples

Minimum Ratings. The Borrower shall ensure that its long term issuer credit rating, as determined by A.M. Best Company, Inc., is not less than bbb.
Minimum Ratings. The Borrower's 8% Senior Notes due 2009 shall be rated at least Ba3 by Moody's and at least BB- by S&P and neither Moody's (only if suc▇ ▇▇tes are rated Ba3) nor S&P (only if such notes are rated BB-) shall have publicly announced that it has such notes under surveillance or review with possible negative implications.

  • Credit Ratings Use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain at all times (a) a credit rating by each of S&P and ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ in respect of the Term Facility and (b) a public corporate rating by S&P and a public corporate family rating by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ for the Borrower, in each case with no requirement to maintain any specific minimum rating.

  • Credit Rating With respect to the Competitive Supplier or Competitive Supplier’s Guarantor, its senior unsecured, unsubordinated long-term debt rating, not supported by third party credit enhancement, and if such debt is no longer rated, then the corporate or long-term issuer rating of Competitive Supplier or Competitive Supplier’s Guarantor.

  • No Ratings There are no securities or preferred stock of or guaranteed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries that are rated by a “nationally recognized statistical rating organization,” as such term is defined under Section 3(a)(62) under the 1934 Act.

  • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it: a. Is authorized to do business in the State of Kansas; b. Carries a Best's policyholder rating of A- or better; and c. Carries at least a Class VIII financial rating; or d. Is a company mutually agreed upon by the City and Consulting Engineer/Architect.

  • Required Ratings The Offered Certificates shall have received Required Ratings of at least [ ] from [ ].
