Minimum Reimbursement. The minimum reimbursement payable by the City of Inglewood for any item damaged in the line of duty shall be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50). Any damaged item, the reimbursement of which averages out to less than that amount, shall not be payable by the City of Inglewood.
