Common use of Minimum School Day Clause in Contracts

Minimum School Day. The DISTRICT shall certify that it shall teach DISTRICT students participating as part of a CCAP Agreement no less than the number of instructional minutes required to complete a minimum school day pursuant to California Education Code sections 46141, 46142 and 46146. The DISTRICT defines a “regular school day” as at least 240 minutes of instruction in high school credit only courses.
