MINIMUM SERVICE HOURS TO BE PROVIDED Clause Samples

The "Minimum Service Hours to Be Provided" clause sets a baseline number of hours that a service provider is required to deliver under the agreement. This clause typically specifies the minimum threshold of hours per week, month, or other defined period that must be met, regardless of fluctuations in demand or workload. For example, a cleaning company might be obligated to provide at least 20 hours of service each week, even if less time is actually needed. The core function of this clause is to ensure a guaranteed level of service availability and to provide predictability for both parties regarding the scope of the provider's commitment.
