Minimum Setback Lines. No structures, nor any part thereof, shall be placed closer than forty (40) feet from a property line fronting on any street ("frontage setback area"); provided, however, no structure or any part thereof shall be placed closer than twenty (20) feet from any property line not fronting on any street ("interior setback area").
