Minimum Square Footage. All On-Site Rental Stores will have a minimum of 1,200 square feet of interior sales floor area and approximately 2,000 square feet of exterior storage space. Each On-Site Rental Store shall be constructed, designed and located substantially in accordance with the prototypical plans attached as Exhibit H to the Agreement as modified by site specific conditions. Further, NRI shall be entitled to install its prototypical signage (subject to applicable laws, codes and ordinances) in the form attached as Exhibit I to the Agreement. In connection with each On-Site Rental Store, Lowe’s agrees to construct the space, at its cost, in accordance with the attached form of lease.

Minimum Square Footage. The following minimum Living Space shall apply to all Dwellings constructed in the Development: 1. One story Dwellings shall have a minimum Living Space of 1,800 square feet. 2. Multi-story Dwellings shall have a total minimum Living Space of 2,600 square feet; provided that the first floor of a multi-story Dwelling shall have a minimum Living Space of 1,300 square feet, and the second floor of such a Dwelling shall have a minimum Living Space of 1,300 feet; provided further that any multi-story Dwelling having a total minimum Living Space of at least 2,700 square feet shall be deemed to satisfy this requirement.
Minimum Square Footage. No single-family detached Dwelling Unit shall be erected or permitted to remain in the Property unless it has the number of square feet of enclosed living area measured from the exterior walls, exclusive of open porches or screened porches, garages or basements, set forth in this Section. For the purposes of this Section, stated square footage shall mean the minimum floor area required, and floor area shall mean the finished and heated living area contained within the Dwelling Unit, exclusive of open porches and garages. In the case of any question as to whether a sufficient number of square feet of enclosed living area have been provided, the decision of the Board shall be final. The minimum number of square feet required is as follows: (a) A single level home shall contain not less than 3,000 square feet; (b) All other homes shall contain not less than 3,300 square feet.
Minimum Square Footage. No plans will be approved unless the proposed house will have the minimum required square footage of enclosed dwelling area. Such minimum requirements for each lot will normally be specified in each sales contract, and expressly stipulated in each deed. Minimum Square Footage. The Contractor shall have minimum lot square footage available for storage of impounded vehicles. The minimum may be a combination of the area in the primary lot and in the secondary lot. Contractor with more than one Contracted Zone shall provide the minimum lot square footage equal to the sum of its Contracted Zones. The Contractor shall provide for enough area to allow reasonable access to any impounded vehicle stored at its primary or secondary lot. Nothing in this Section shall relieve the Contractor from its sole responsibility to ensure that the Contractor has sufficient storage lot capacity to service the Contracted Zones. During Special Events, the Contractor for Zone 3 shall have lot availability for at least 90 vehicles.

  • Square Footage Buyer acknowledges that the square footage of the Property has not been measured by Seller, Seller’s broker or its auctioneer (including the square footage of the lot and home) and the square footage quoted on any marketing tools such as advertisements, brochures, MLS data, the auction website and any other information provided is based on information supplied to Seller and is deemed approximate and not guaranteed. Buyer further acknowledges that Buyer has not relied upon any such marketing tool and that such tools are not representations and/or warranties of Seller or its agent.

  • Rentable Area 6.1. The term “Rentable Area” shall reflect such areas as reasonably calculated by Landlord’s architect, as the same may be reasonably adjusted from time to time by Landlord in consultation with Landlord’s architect to reflect changes to the Premises, the Building or the Project, as applicable.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit The Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit with respect to each Fund shall be the amount specified in Schedule A based on a percentage of the average daily net assets of each Fund.
