Common use of Minimum Standards Clause in Contracts

Minimum Standards. The Contractor agrees that all network physicians will meet at least one (1) of the following standards, except as specified in Section 21.13(b) and Appendix I of this agreement: i) Be board-certified or -eligible in their area of specialty; ii) Have completed an accredited residency program; or iii) Have admitting privileges at one (1) or more hospitals participating in the Contractor's network.
