Common use of Minimum Stay Clause in Contracts

Minimum Stay. This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged the 2 night rate. Rental Rules: Guest and their rental party agree to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Deposit: We will place a $250.00 hold on your credit card at the time of check in. The deposit is for damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. Rental Rate: Payment in full of the following fees shall be due upon booking: Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the room rental/deposit will be refunded as follows: Homeowner Signature: Guest Signature: Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed.
