MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This Agreement defines minimum rates of pay and terms and conditions of employment. Therefore a Technician shall be free to obtain from the Producer a greater rate of pay and better terms and conditions of employment than the minimum levels set out in this Agreement.
