MINIMUM UNFINANCED INTEREST. The Seller shall not permit the Unfinanced Interest to be less than 5% of the Capital.
Minimum Interest In no event shall the rate of interest chargeable hereunder for any day be less than 7.0% per annum. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the interest rate on a Floating Rate Note shall not exceed the maximum interest rate permitted by applicable law.
