Common use of Minimum Weekly Fee Clause in Contracts

Minimum Weekly Fee. a) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2001- 2002 season shall be $1,406 per week for each week of the 46 week season. b) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2002- 2003 season shall be $1,500 per week for each week of the 46 week season. c) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2003- 2004 season shall be $1,551 per week for each week of the 46 week season. d) Whenever there is an increase from one season to the next in the Minimum Weekly Fee, the weekly fee of each Musician for that season shall be increased by an amount which is at least equal to the dollar amount of the increase in the Minimum Weekly Fee from the previous season. e) The minimum per service fee for extra musicians for the period of this Agreement shall be the Minimum Weekly Fee in effect divided by 8, except for services performed under Article 6.01(d) of this Agreement, in which case extra musicians shall be paid in accordance with the prevailing A.F. of M. Agreement covering such electronic services. f) In the event that an extra musician is required to spend four consecutive days or more on tour, the musician shall receive compensation equal to the Minimum Weekly Fee for each week of touring, provided that each week of touring paid consists of at least four days. Extra musicians on tour will be entitled to travel overtime, tour supplement, per diem and paid acoustic rehearsals.

Minimum Weekly Fee. a) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2001- 2002 2008-2009 season shall be $1,406 1,756.90 per week for each week of the 46 week season. b) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2002- 2003 2009-2010 season shall be $1,500 1,783.25 per week for each week of the 46 week season. c) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2003- 2004 2010-2011 season shall be $1,551 1,810 per week for each week of the 46 week season. d) Whenever there is an increase from one season to the next in the Minimum Weekly Fee, the weekly fee of each Musician for that season shall be increased by an amount which is at least equal to the dollar amount of the increase in the Minimum Weekly Fee from the previous season. e) The minimum per service fee for extra musicians for the period of this Agreement shall be the Minimum Weekly Fee in effect divided by 8, except for services performed under Article 6.01(d) of this Agreement, in which case extra musicians shall be paid in accordance with the prevailing A.F. of M. Minimum Weekly Fee. a) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2001- 2002 1998-1999 season shall be $1,406 1160 per week for each week of the 46 week season. b) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2002- 2003 1999-2000 season shall be $1,500 1250 per week for each week of the 46 week season. c) The Minimum Weekly Fee for a Musician who provides his services for all of the 2003- 2004 2000-2001 season shall be $1,551 1287 per week for each week of the 46 week season. d) Whenever there is an increase from one season to the next in the Minimum Weekly Seasonal Fee, the weekly annual fee of each Musician for that season shall be increased by an amount which is at least equal to the dollar amount of the increase in the Minimum Weekly Seasonal Fee from the previous season. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the weekly fee in 1998- 1999 of each Musician who was a regular member of NACO in 1994-1995 shall be equal to the sum of i) the annual fee of that Musician in the 1994- 1995 season divided by forty-six (46), and ii) $25.22. e) The minimum per service fee for extra musicians for the period of this Agreement shall be the Minimum Weekly Fee in effect divided by 8, except for services performed under Article 6.01(d) of this Agreement, in which case extra musicians shall be paid in accordance with the prevailing A.F. of M.
