Minimums. The Company will charge a monthly minimum according to the type of account. This minimum applies only to service revenue & not SaaS/setup revenue and comes in to effect after a ramp-up period of no more than 3 months following the Reseller’s “go-live” date (typically within 120 days of the date this agreement is signed; unless otherwise agreed to in writing), and will continue for the duration of this agreement.
