Common use of Mining Practices Clause in Contracts

Mining Practices. To the knowledge of Almaden and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, prior to the date of the Caballo Option Agreement, the prospecting work, processes, undertaking and other operations carried on in respect of the Caballo ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Property were carried on or conducted in a sound and workmanlike manner and in compliance with sound geological, geochemical and geophysical exploration and mining, engineering and metallurgical practices and, on or after the date of the Caballo Option Agreement, the prospecting work, processes, undertaking and other operations carried on or conducted by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in respect of the Caballo ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Property have been carried on or conducted in a sound and workmanlike manner and in compliance with sound geological, geochemical and geophysical exploration and mining, engineering and metallurgical practices. All such work, processes, undertaking and other operations are in compliance with all Applicable Laws;
