Mining Practices. Juneau shall conduct such work and in such locations on the land as it deems appropriate; provided that Juneau shall conduct all such work in a good and workmanlike fashion in accordance with industry standards and practices. Juneau shall consult with Tetlin with respect to its mining plans and practices not less often than annually, and shall respond to all commercially reasonable comments and questions of Tetlin with respect thereto.
