Common use of MINOR RELEASE Clause in Contracts

MINOR RELEASE. “Minor Release” means a Supplier-designated correction, extension, or fix to an existing release of a Product, generally designed to address one or more errors or reduce the effects thereof. A Minor Release may also include enhanced, improved or modified functionality (as determined in Supplier’s sole discretion). All Minor Releases are provided on an “AS IS” basis only and in object code only.
