Minors Sample Clauses
The Minors clause defines how the contract addresses parties who are under the legal age of majority. Typically, it clarifies whether minors are permitted to enter into the agreement, and if so, under what conditions, such as requiring parental consent or limiting their ability to make binding commitments. This clause serves to protect both parties by ensuring that only individuals with the legal capacity to contract are bound by the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of unenforceable obligations due to age-related incapacity.
