Minute Book. The Trustees shall cause all resolutions in writing passed by them in accordance with Section 4.08 hereof and minutes of proceedings at all meetings of the Trustees and of committees appointed by the Controlling Trustees to be entered in books kept for the purpose. Any minutes of a meeting shall be evidence of the proceedings.
