Common use of MIOL Clause in Contracts

MIOL. If MS is defined as MIOL, the laws of Ireland govern this Agreement and any claims for breach of this Agreement, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The courts of Ireland are the exclusive venues for all disputes arising from this Agreement. Each party consents to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by these courts.
