Miscellaneous Fees Sample Clauses

The Miscellaneous Fees clause defines and governs additional charges that may arise outside of the main fees specified in an agreement. It typically covers costs such as administrative expenses, travel, materials, or other incidental charges that are not included in the base price. By outlining these potential extra costs, the clause ensures transparency and helps prevent disputes over unexpected charges, thereby clarifying the financial responsibilities of each party.
