Common use of Miscellenous Clause in Contracts

Miscellenous. 13.1 This agreement (as from time to time amended) constitutes a legally binding agreement binding on you and your successors or personal representatives and assigns. 13.2 This agreement may not be assigned to any other person. 13.3 No failure or delay by either Airtel Money Tanzania or the customer in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy. 13.4 The rights and remedies herein provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law. 13.5 If any provision of these terms of use shall be found by any duly appointment arbitrator, court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceability, the rest of the terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
