Misrepresentation, Concealment or Fraud. Under this policy, there is no coverage provided for all insureds if whether before or after a loss: a. Any insured willfully concealed or misrepresented any material fact or circumstance concerning this insurance; b. Any insured engages in conduct that is fraudulent concerning this insurance; or c. Any insured makes false statements concerning this insurance.
