Missing, Damaged and Destroyed Certificates. Upon the surrender of any mutilated Participation Certificate to the Company, or upon the receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it that a Participation Certificate has been destroyed, lost or stolen, the Company shall replace the damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed Participation Certificate.
