MISTAKES. The consultant shall examine this RFQ carefully. The submission of a Proposal shall be prima facie evidence that the consultant has full knowledge of the scope, nature, and quality of the work to be performed; the detailed requirements of the specifications; and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. Ignorance of the requirements will not relieve the consultant from liability and obligations under the Contract.
