Common use of Misuse of Leave Clause in Contracts

Misuse of Leave. Any misuse of leave, whether paid leave, unpaid leave, or other provision for absence from work, through intentional fraud, deceit, or falsified statements shall be considered a violation of this Agreement and the offending teacher shall be subject to the appropriate progressive disciplinary action and/or discharge.
