Common use of Mix of Uses Clause in Contracts

Mix of Uses. 5.3.1. The development approved pursuant to this Agreement shall incorporate a mix of college/university, research activity, civic, hospital, clinic, and cultural uses, with supporting housing, business, recreation, and open space uses at all major phases of development. 5.3.2. The University’s projected land uses in the initial 800,000 square feet of building development for the Carolina North Project are as set forth in this Section. The development of the initial 800,000 square feet of building development undertaken pursuant to this Agreement shall be in substantial compliance with this general allocation of uses. Any modification of this allocation of uses that would result in substantial changes in parking or traffic generation (as defined in Section 3.5.5(j) of the LUMO) shall be deemed to be a major amendment of this Agreement.
