Common use of Mixed Commission Clause in Contracts

Mixed Commission. A Mixed Commission, composed of representatives of the Contracting Governments, shall supervise the operation of this Agreement. The Commission shall, at the request of either Contracting Government, study any proposals for the improvement of commercial relations or any other matter relating to the implementation of this Agreement.

Mixed Commission. A 1. There shall be a Mixed Commission, Commission composed of representatives of the Contracting GovernmentsParties, including the competent authorities and industry representatives. 2. The role of the Mixed Commission shall be to supervise and review the operation of this Agreement and to make any proposals considered necessary to improve the effect of the Agreement. 3. The Mixed Commission shallshall be convened, whether by meeting or otherwise, at the request of either Contracting Government, study any proposals for of the improvement Parties within six months of commercial relations or any other matter relating to the implementation of this Agreementsuch a request.
