MIXED FUNCTIONS Sample Clauses
The "Mixed Functions" clause defines how multiple roles or responsibilities are combined or shared between parties within an agreement. In practice, this clause may specify situations where a party acts in more than one capacity, such as both a supplier and a service provider, or where duties overlap and require coordination. Its core function is to clarify the allocation of obligations and prevent confusion or disputes arising from overlapping or dual roles, ensuring that each party understands their responsibilities when functions are mixed.
