MMcf Clause Samples

The MMcf clause defines the unit of measurement for natural gas as one million cubic feet. In contracts involving the sale or transportation of natural gas, this clause specifies that all quantities, pricing, and delivery obligations are calculated based on this standardized volume. By establishing a clear and consistent unit of measure, the MMcf clause ensures accuracy in transactions and prevents disputes over quantity calculations.
