Common use of Mobile Applications Clause in Contracts

Mobile Applications. Licensee’s Authorised Users may have the ability to access some or all of the Applications on mobile devices through Mobile Applications. Licensee acknowledges that prior to accessing Applications via a Mobile Application, Licensee may be required to agree to additional terms, agreements, and licenses (“Mobile App Agreements”) provided by Renaissance or a mobile provider. Licensee hereby agrees to accept all responsibility for violations of the terms of such Mobile App Agreements by Licensee’s Authorised Users.
