Mobile Banking Service Terms Sample Clauses

The Mobile Banking Service Terms clause defines the rules and conditions governing a customer's use of a bank's mobile banking platform. It typically outlines user eligibility, security requirements, permitted transactions, and responsibilities for safeguarding login credentials. For example, it may specify how users can access their accounts, transfer funds, or report unauthorized activity via the mobile app. This clause ensures both parties understand their rights and obligations, helping to protect the bank from liability and providing customers with clear guidelines for secure and proper use of mobile banking services.
