Mobile Banking Service Transactions. Subject to additional requirements discussed elsewhere in this Agreement, you may use the Mobile Banking to initiate transactions to or from your Mobile Banking Accounts that are available through the Service. When you initiate such transactions through Mobile Banking, they are considered to be a “Mobile Banking Transaction” under this Agreement. You may use Text Banking for Balance Inquiries, Internal Transfers and a limited transaction history. Limitations on Mobile Banking Transactions.
