MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS. 18 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 19 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 20 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 21 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits. 22 2. SHERIFF has the exclusive right to use said MDCs for law enforcement 23 services related to this Agreement. 24 3. CITY shall pay COUNTY the full costs to COUNTY of a) the acquisition and 25 installation of MDCs that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and 26 motorcycles assigned to CITY, and b) recurring costs, as deemed necessary 27 by COUNTY, including the costs of maintenance and contributions to a fund 28 for replacement and upgrade of such MDCs when they become functionally Attachment A - Agreement Page 20 of 40
