The Mobile Deposit Capture Service clause defines the terms under which a customer can deposit checks remotely using a mobile device. Mobile Deposit Capture Service. Mobile Deposit Capture service allows you to make deposits to your accounts using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported Mobile Devices. You must designate a Credit Union savings, checking or loan account as the settlement account to be used for the purposes of settling, in aggregate, the financial transactions requested in connection with a Deposit Capture service. The Credit Union shall provide you with details of the specific transactions, reported similarly as other transactions may be done, that were a result of access to the service.
Mobile Deposit Capture Service. The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Mobile Deposit Capture Services. You have entered into with the Credit Union governing your accounts are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and your other Credit Union agreements, specific provisions regarding Mobile Deposit Capture Services in this Agreement control over general provisions.
Mobile Deposit Capture Service a. The Service allows you to make certain deposits electronically by using a capture device to create an electronic image of a paper check or other paper source document only payable in U.S. Dollars ("Item") by scanning the Item and transmitting it and related data to us. As part of the Service you must use software and hardware provided by or acceptable to us. You are solely responsible for information or data that is transmitted, supplied or key-entered by you or anyone that uses your device. Before you scan any Item, you shall endorse all Items with your name and the legend "For Mobile Deposit Only.” b. You agree that after the Item has been scanned and submitted for deposit, you shall not otherwise transfer or negotiate the original Item, substitute check or any other image thereof. You further agree that you shall be solely responsible for the original Items, including storage, retrieval and destruction. c. You agree that the electronic image of the Item or any substitute check, as defined by federal law, will become the legal representation of the Item for all purposes, including return items processing. d. If we receive a scanned item on or before 6:00 p.m. CST on a business day we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of deposit. If we receive a scanned Item after 6:00 p.m. CST or on a weekend or a state or federal holiday, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day.
Mobile Deposit Capture Service. The Mobile Deposit Capture Service ("Mobile Deposit") is offered as part of the Mobile Banking Service and is designed to allow you to make eligible check deposits to your checking, savings, or money market accounts using an approved device to transmit images of your checks and associated deposit information to SCCU. Once accepted, your eligible checks will be either processed electronically or converted to substitute checks based on the information you provide. There is currently no charge for Mobile Deposit. The following terms apply specifically to Mobile Deposit:
Mobile Deposit Capture Service. This Service allows you to deposit (“Original Checks”) to your checking, or savings accounts with the Credit Union App from home or other remote locations by using your eligible mobile device to capture front and back images of the Original Checks and transmitting the digital images and associated deposit information (“Images”) to us or our Processor with your mobile device. The Credit Union will review the images to ensure it meets image quality standards for deposit and collection of the check. (1) You must be enrolled in Online Banking (2) Have the mobile app installed on your mobile device (3) Have one or more eligible deposit accounts and your accounts must be in good standing. (3) Download the Credit Union’s app (4) Submit an application to use the Service. • It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate telephone numbers and an email address and to notify us immediately if any of your contact information changes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your registration for the Service if we cannot verify information about you and/or your mobile device.
Mobile Deposit Capture Service.  Member's Account will be provisionally credited upon Credit Union's acceptance of Imaged Items for deposit.  You will create images of Checks via your mobile device through the Credit Union mobile banking application. You will enter all amounts and any other required information correctly.  The Imaged Items will be transmitted by you to us, or Credit Union's authorized processor, over the Internet or cellular network.  All deposits received by us may be accepted subject to the Credit Union's verification and final inspection and may be rejected by us at the Credit Union's sole discretion. All deposits are subject to the terms of the Membership Handbook.
Mobile Deposit Capture Service. The Service requires that you have an internet connection on your Mobile Device in order to make Mobile Deposits. Your Mobile Device must have a camera. To make a Mobile Deposit with your Mobile App, you must properly endorse the check you want to deposit, as explained in more detail below, then take photographs of both the front and the back of the check using our Mobile App, then submit the images of the endorsed check electronically for deposit processing.

  • Future Services The Consultant acknowledges each of the following with regard to performing future services for the City: • The Consultant’s performance of the services required by this Agreement may create an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest with regard to the Consultant performing or participating in the performance of some related future services, particularly if the services required by this Agreement comprise one element or aspect of a multi-phase process or project; • Such an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest would be a ground for the City to disqualify the Consultant from performing or participating in the performance of such future services; and • The Consultant is solely responsible for considering what potential conflicts of interest, if any, performing the services required by this Agreement might have on its ability to obtain contracts to perform future services.

  • FUTURE SERVICE BENEFITS If the Supplier is rejoining the Schemes for the first time, the Supplier shall procure that the Fair Deal Employees shall be either admitted to or offered continued membership of the relevant section of the Schemes that they became eligible to join on the Relevant Transfer Date and shall continue to accrue or accrue benefits in accordance with the provisions governing the relevant section of the Schemes for service from (and including) the Relevant Transfer Date. If staff have already been readmitted to the Schemes, the Supplier shall procure that the Fair Deal Employees, shall be either admitted into, or offered continued membership of, the relevant section of the Schemes that they currently contribute to, or were eligible to join immediately prior to the Relevant Transfer Date and the Supplier shall procure that the Fair Deal Employees continue to accrue benefits in accordance with the provisions governing the relevant section of the Schemes for service from (and including) the Relevant Transfer Date. The Supplier undertakes that should it cease to participate in the Schemes for whatever reason at a time when it has Eligible Employees, that it will, at no extra cost to the Customer, provide to any Fair Deal Employee who immediately prior to such cessation remained an Eligible Employee with access to an occupational pension scheme certified by the Government Actuary’s Department or any actuary nominated by the Customer in accordance with relevant guidance produced by the Government Actuary’s Department as providing benefits which are broadly comparable to those provided by the Schemes at the relevant date. The Parties acknowledge that the Civil Service Compensation Scheme and the Civil Service Injury Benefit Scheme (established pursuant to section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972) are not covered by the protection of New Fair Deal.

  • SOFTWARE SECURITY If applicable, BA warrants that software security features will be compatible with the CE’s HIPAA compliance requirements. This HIPAA Business Associate Agreement-Addendum shall supersede any prior HIPAA Business Associate Agreements between CE and BA.

  • Core Services The Company agrees to provide to the Municipality the Core Services set forth in Schedule “A”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “A” from time to time upon mutual agreement.

  • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos. b. Each party agrees to use, and to cause its Permitted Sublicensees to use, the other party’s trademarks only in good faith and in a dignified manner consistent with such party’s use of the trademarks. Upon written notice to the breaching party, the breaching party has 30 days of the date of the written notice to cure the breach or the license will be terminated.
