Mobile Deposit Service Description. The Bank’s Mobile Deposit Service, also referred to as “Snap Check”, allows you to make deposits of checks (“original checks”) to your eligible East West Bank accounts that are held in an individual or joint ownership capacity from your mobile device by scanning the original paper check(s) and delivering the digital image(s) and associated deposit information (“images”) to us or our processor with your mobile device. We are offering you the Mobile Deposit Service through one or more Service Providers that we have engaged to render some or all of the Mobile Deposit Service to you on our behalf. You agree that we have the right under this Agreement to delegate to Service Providers all of the rights and performance obligations that we have under this Agreement. Your use of the Bank’s Mobile Deposit Service is governed by the terms and conditions of this Online Banking Agreement, and your enrollment in our Online Banking Service and use of our Mobile Deposit Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
