Common use of Mobilisation Period Clause in Contracts

Mobilisation Period. 3.1 The Service Provider shall implement the Mobilisation Plan no later than the Services Commencement Date and shall complete the tasks and obligations set out therein during the Mobilisation Period and in accordance with the terms of and timescales set out in the Mobilisation Plan. 3.2 The Service Provider shall ensure that the Mobilisation Plan is implemented in such a manner so as to ensure the orderly and seamless handover of the Services to the Service Provider. 3.3 The Service Provider shall apply the same level of skill, care and diligence in the performance of its tasks and obligations under the Mobilisation Plan as it is required to apply in the provision of the Services.

Mobilisation Period. 3.1 The Service Provider Concessionaire shall implement the Mobilisation Plan no later than the Services Commencement Date and shall complete the tasks and obligations set out therein during the Mobilisation Period and in accordance with the terms of and timescales set out in the Mobilisation Plan. 3.2 The Service Provider Concessionaire shall ensure that the Mobilisation Plan is implemented in such a manner so as to ensure the orderly and seamless handover of the Services to the Service ProviderConcessionaire. 3.3 The Service Provider Concessionaire shall apply the same level of skill, care and diligence in the performance of its tasks and obligations under the Mobilisation Plan as it is required to apply in the provision of the Services.
