Common use of Mobilization Fee Clause in Contracts

Mobilization Fee. As part of the Contract Price, Owner shall pay Design-Builder Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00), as a mobilization fee, as soon as allowed by its organizational documents and any other agreements or Laws and at the latest, at the earlier to occur of Financial Closing or the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Twenty Million Dollar ($20,000,000.00) mobilization fee payment shall be subject to retainage as provided by Section 10.2.7.
