Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement.   • Product Description The lead products covered by this Settlement Agreement are limited to following Amazon Identification Number (ASIN) B07CYPCHM3, with the description, "60-40 Tin Lead Rosin Core Solder Wire with 2% Flux for Electrical Soldering and DIY, 2 Sizes, Include 0.6mm & 0.8mm, 2pcs (0.6mm&0.8mm Solder Wire)," which was offered for sale by the Settling Entity on ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, hereinafter the “Product” or “Products.”

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
