Common use of Model Release Clause in Contracts

Model Release. Client hereby grants to Photographer and his/her legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of Client, Client’s likeness and photographs and likeness of all persons involved in the session, including Client’s minor children set forth on the first page of this Agreement1, for marketing, advertising, portfolio, website, and other purposes, in any manner and to alter the same without restriction. Client hereby releases Photographer and his/her legal representatives, heirs and assigns from any and all claims and liability relating to the photographs.

Model Release. Client hereby grants to Photographer and his/her legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of Client, Client and Client’s likeness and photographs and likeness of all persons involved in the session, including Client’s minor children set forth on the first page of this Agreement1, for marketing, advertising, portfolio, website, commercial use, and other purposes, in any manner and to edit and alter the same without restriction. Client hereby releases Photographer and his/her legal representatives, heirs and assigns from any and all claims and liability relating to the photographs.

Model Release. Client hereby grants to The Clients grant the Photographer and his/her its legal representatives, heirs, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right unlimited consent to use and publish the photographs of Clientthe Clients for editorial, Client’s likeness competition, advertising and photographs any other purpose and likeness of all persons involved in the session, including Client’s minor children set forth on the first page of this Agreement1, for marketing, advertising, portfolio, website, and other purposes, in any manner and manner, to alter the same photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. Client The Clients hereby releases release the Photographer and his/her its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from any all liability and all claims and liability relating to in connection with the photographsimages.
