Common use of Modification, Amendment and Termination Clause in Contracts

Modification, Amendment and Termination. 15.1 This contract may be modified or amended in writing with the mutual consent of both parties, and any such modification or amendment hereto shall constitute integral part of this contract. 15.2 Except as otherwise specified herein or agreed upon by parties hereto, this contract may not terminate prior to full performance of any and all respective rights and obligations hereunder. 15.3 Except as otherwise specified herein or agreed upon by parties hereto, the invalidity of any term of this contract shall not affect the legal effect of any other term hereof.
