Modification; Amendment. This agreement may be modified or amended at any time by mutual agreement, memorialized in writing, signed by the Parties and attached hereto. In the event that the ARPA Agreement is modified, amended, or extended, this Agreement shall be modified to incorporate such amendment or extension.
