Modification and Use of Materials. Applications, solicitation materials or proposals provided by BCBST must adhere to Marketing Guidelines and other requirements established by CMS, therefore they shall not be amended or altered by the Broker They shall only be used in connection with the Broker’s activities on behalf of BCBST pursuant to this Agreement, shall remain the property of BCBST, and shall promptly be accounted for or returned to BCBST upon request or upon the termination of this Agreement.

  • Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes. Generally, the onsite installation or application of such items shall be performed by the craft having jurisdiction over such work.

  • Use of Material The Employer intends using the information provided by the Consultant for purposes including: • professional advice regarding decisions to be made in connection with the subject matter of the services; • inputs into the work of others and the administration of contracts; and • professional inputs into the delivery process Task specific use of information provided by the Consultant is set out in the Task Order.

  • Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses. You agree to submit Materials to us in accordance with all guidelines for use of the Service posted on the Prime Publishing web site or of which you are otherwise notified ("Guidelines"), as these Guidelines may be changed in the future. 7)

  • Installation and Use You may install and use the Software only for the number of licenses acquired by you. In order to exercise your rights to the Software under this Agreement, you must activate your copy of the Software in the manner described during the launch sequence.
