Modification and Withdrawal of Bids. 25.1 The bidder may modify or withdraw his bid after the bid submission but before the due date, for submission, provided that written notice of the modification/withdrawal is received by BCPL prior to the deadline for submission of bids. 25.2 The modification shall also be prepared, sealed, marked and dispatched in accordance with the provisions of Clause 22, with the outer and inner envelopes additionally marked "modification" or "withdrawal", as appropriate.
