If, in connection with obtaining construction, interim or permanent financing for the Building or Land, Landlord's lender, if any, shall request reasonable modifications to this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to such modifications; provided that, such modifications do not increase the obligations of Tenant under this Lease or materially adversely affect Tenant's rights under this Lease.

If, in connection with obtaining construction, interim or permanent financing for the Building or Land, Landlord's lender, if any, shall request reasonable modifications to this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to such modifications; provided that, that such modifications do not increase the obligations of Tenant under this Lease or materially adversely affect Tenant's rights under this Lease.

Modification for Lender. If, in connection with obtaining construction, interim interior or permanent financing for the Building or Land, Landlord's lender, if any, Project the lender shall request reasonable modifications to in this Lease as a condition to such financing, Tenant will not unreasonably withhold withhold, delay or delay defer its consent to such modifications; thereto, provided that, that such modifications do not increase adversely affect the obligations of Tenant under this Lease hereunder shall not require additional payments or materially adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby, created or Tenant's rights under this Leasehereunder.
