Modification of AvMed Provider Network and Participation Status. The AvMed Flex Plan provider network and the participation status of individual providers available under this Contract are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you or your approval. Additionally, we may at any time terminate or modify the terms of any provider contract, and may enter into additional provider contracts, without prior notice to or approval by you. It is your responsibility to determine whether a Health Care Provider is a Participating Provider at the time the Health Care Service is rendered.
