Common use of Modification of Deferral Percentage Clause in Contracts

Modification of Deferral Percentage. Starting with Compensation to be paid to me with respect to services provided by me to the AIM Funds for the next Deferral Year commencing January 1, 20__ [insert year], I hereby elect that _______________ percent (_______%) (1) of my Compensation (as defined under the Agreement) be reduced and that the Fund establish and maintain a Deferral Account in accordance with the Agreement.
