Common use of Modification of Duties Clause in Contracts

Modification of Duties. Upon mutual agreement with the Executive, the Company and the Parent reserve the right to assign to the Executive duties of a different nature either additional to or instead of those referred to in Section 2.1 above, it being understood that Executive will not be assigned duties which he cannot reasonably perform.
