Modification of Phasing Plan. The Phasing Plan to be submitted by the Developer and approved by the Township and shall form part of this Agreement as an approved drawing and report in Schedule "J" to this Agreement. Where the Township receives a written request to modify the phasing plan and approves such a request, in its sole and unfettered discretion, the modified phasing plan shall be filed with this executed Agreement in the offices of the Township without necessity of amending the registered Agreement, if required. The Township reserves the right to require additional servicing/works, or modifications to proposed infrastructure work, as it deems necessary based on its engineering requirement to accommodate a specific phase.
