Common use of Modification of the Services Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Services. SVCE’s Director of Information Technology shall be authorized to waive, in writing, any of the Participant’s obligations with respect to the Services, where deemed to be in SVCE’s best interests, provided that no such modification shall result in any increase in the amount of the Services Fees.
