Common use of Modification of the Services Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Plan4 provides may change from time to time without prior notice, subject to the terms in Section 5. Changes to the form and nature of the Services will be effective with respect to all versions of the Services; examples of changes to the form and nature of the Services include without limitation changes to the Invoice Policy, security patches, added functionality, and other enhancements.
