Common use of Modification of the Services Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Services. We reserve the right, at Our sole and absolute discretion, to modify the functionality of the Portal, the Website, or the Services at any time for any reason. If, however, such modification of the functionality of the Portal, the Website or the Services results in a material adverse impact on Subscriber’s ability to use the Services, as reasonably determined by Subscriber, Subscriber shall be entitle to terminate this Agreement with written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall promptly refund to Subscriber any prepaid but unearned fees through the date of termination.
